My IP - Sell or License - Which is Better?
In this seminar, we investigate different methods for commercialising intellectual property rights, focussing in particular upon sale of IP rights and licensing of IP rights. We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches and consider which approaches are best in different situations.
This seminar will be of interest to anyone, lawyer or non-lawyer, who has IP (or whose clients have IP) to commercialise and who want to consider various commercialisation techniques.
Please note that places are strictly limited - so book early to avoid disappointment!
A premier hot breakfast (supplemented by continental breakfast for those who are really hungry) will be served while you enjoy around 90 minutes of first class practical and legal presentation on that topic, and we will do our best to answer all of your queries you might have about that topic at the same time.
Breakfast will be served at 7:15am and the seminar presentation, which will be delivered by our Principal, Scott Coulthart, will then commence. The presentation will end so questions can be taken at around 8:45am and we will wrap up the seminar by 9:00am.
Qld legal practitioners may claim 1.5 CPD points in total (1.0 points for Professional Skills (core) and 0.5 points for Substantive Law (non-core)) for attending this seminar.
The cost for this Seminar will be $99 (including GST), but will be further discounted if you take advantage of our Earlybird Discounts for purchase of tickets to multiple seminars. To register, download our Booking Form.
